35x12 5 looking perfect on this 2019 Silverado with just a leveling kit I have 33s on my 2018 Sierra 1500 Denali with a Suspension Maxx 2.5" level in front and a Suspension Maxx 2" block(1" lift) in the rear. All I had to do was pull back the fenders, and they don't rub. Your desired size of 33x11.5 will fit no problem with stock wheels.
